Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small woodworking business. Every piece we create is handcrafted with care, making each item unique.

Returns
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging when possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Custom Orders
Custom, engraved, or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We may repair, replace, or refund the item.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
Natural Wood Disclaimer Variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are natural and not defects. Wood may expand or contract with humidity changes.

Cutting Board Care
Hand wash only, do not soak or dishwasher, dry immediately, and periodically apply food-grade mineral oil or board conditioner. Damage from misuse or improper care is not covered.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if production has not begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
