Thank you for choosing our handcrafted woodworking products. Every item is carefully made, and many are customized for you.

Order Processing: In-stock items ship in 2–5 business days. Custom items ship in 7–14 business days. Holiday demand may increase processing times.

Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation and, when available, tracking information after shipment.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and shipping method.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery: Standard 3–7 business days. Expedited 1–3 business days when available. Delivery dates are estimates.

Custom Orders: Verify all personalization before ordering. Changes may not be possible after production begins.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address.

Lost/Delayed/Damaged: Check tracking first. Contact the carrier, then contact us. Report damage within 7 days with photos and your order number.

International Shipping: Currently available only within the United States.

Local Pickup: If offered, pickup instructions will be sent when your order is ready.
